Confusion

I was stunned, shocked to the core. I didn’t know what to do, we were so near over, but I was confused, _were we_over? I was afriad, did I do something wrong? We had to talk this out.
I had an uneasy sleep that night. I never felt so nervous. The next day at school I felt as if I couldn’t speak to her, like there was a wall in between us. This continued until in the middle of the night I took out my cell phone, and called her.
“Hello?” Ashley answered, she had been crying.
“I want to talk to you,” I said. “Meet me in the commons at lunch. Bye.”
“Bye.”
I really hope this will go well.
