Frankie, Chapter 3, Part 2

She stomped away and then ran home. After she sprinted to her room, she cried and cried until there were no more tears to possibly cry. From that moment on, she swore that she would memorize every single one of the records there were and were to come. Once she did, she would return to prove to her horrible, cheating, backstabbing, no good ex-boyfriend wrong. Well, after she did, she found out that his family changed their names and moved out of the country.So, anyway, she didn’t believe me at first. Then I showed her the newspaper.
I started to explain what happened to me. “I was outside and all of a sudden things started happening around me. I felt it hit my face, and, well, there it was!â€?
“What kind of things do you mean?â€?
“Rain came out of nowhere. Thunder and lightning randomly happened, and humongous winds almost blew me over!â€?
“Honey, that’s impossible. It has been over 85 degrees all day. The skies have been perfect since seven in the morning.â€?
“Well it still happened.â€?
