It’s that time of year again. The time when I usually stay inside. I really don’t know why everyone enjoys it so much. I have never enjoyed it, not even when I was little.
This is the when all the ghosts, and witches, and vampires, and zombies come out. Now of course I know there not really, but they look sooo life like. All these little kids dressed u in weird costumes come to my door, asking for candy. I hate opening the door, it scares me every time. Why don’t they just go away?? All the neighbors should know by now.. Everyone thinks I’m crazy, but I’m not. I just have Samhainophobia, the fear of Halloween.

bad time to have that fear.. lock your doors.I enjoyed this ficlet, it is timely and interesting., in that you mentioned monsters, there are also cute costumes, so maybe open your door a crack and peek out ..

i like the idea of this one….being scared of scary things….in a different package (ie – as costumes)

    good job
    and thanks for entering
bad luck for your character…she must be freaking….five days to go!!!

Cute Halloween story, maybe if all the kids dressed in cute non scary costumes it would be easier to open the door to them.
