Do The Fangs Come With The Package?

It wasn’t that I was particularly obsessed with becoming a vampire. It just seems that the immortals are the ones having all the fun. I mean, look at the demons. However, if you compared vampires to the demons, the vampires got jipped. They had so many restrictions, and demons have none. Except that they stop aging after 28—something to do with the fact that 7 is a magical number.
I watched the vampires, though, and wonderd how many of them are happy. Can you be happy if you don’t have a soul? I had always wondered that, and I was hesitant about the vampirism because of that. Did I really want to give up my soul for immortality?
Sure, thousands have done it before me, but unlike death, you can avoid it. And maybe that’s why it was so appealing. People saw it as a way to hold off on death, becoming a vampire so they could figure out how to gain true immortality.
Or maybe it was the fact that every one of them could pull off leather. On second thought, I think it’s the fangs.

@Lone Writer: Are you talking about the Katie McAlister novel? I was going to try that but I didn’t know if it was any good.
