Well, many millennia after the gods lived out there glory among the men of old, nations began to form on there own accord, separated from the gods. These kings of men lost faith in the gods of old and created there own gods.

Such a thing happened in a region in the far north of Africa. A region that grew isolated from the lands of Olympus. For centuries, the Egyptians carried about their business erecting many architectural wonders.

Until one day, the gods of Olympus turned there eyes upon a young man and decided to give him the world. This young man swept through lands conquering and gathering together cultures and ideas, swiftly uniting peoples from all walks of life. During his conquests he encountered a small city he favored greatly and thus set as a magnificent wonder, Alexandria.
