Thieves' Library

He was startled when the circular symbol crept back into the wall revealing a room behind it. It was not just a depiction, but a secret passage as well. Out stepped on of the temple’s many “monks,” female of orc-ish decent, who gave the rocky observer a wary look before continuing on her way. Kwen was far to excited to have noticed her, as the sight of book shelves in the room beyond held his attention.

“The library” Kwen squealed as he rushed forth, swinging on of his large stone palms to stop the circular door from resealing. His hand made a boulder-like thud as it met the turning wheel of a door and Kwen leapt his mighty mayan-golemn girth inside.

He froze for a moment in disbelief. Though the tiny room was lined with shelves, few actually housed reading material, none in an orderly fashion. The floor, chair, and table teemed with a sea of disheveled books and pages strewn about. With a great sigh, Kwen bent over to begin cleaning and organizing the room’ contents, as he muttered to himself incoherently.
