Ficlets

Surprise.

There, sitting on my kitchen table, was what Blake had been talking about. A bouque of roses, pink which were my favorites, were sitting in the middle.
I slowly walked up to them. There was a card in them with my name on it, printed in the most beautiful penmenship I had ever seen. The inside read:

Aea. I love you with all my heart. I am truely sorry I left you. I will never leave your side again. I didn’t want this to be mushy, but I guess it’s to late for that now isn’t it? There is a little something for you on your dresser, which I know you didn’t notice when you first got up.

I dropped the note and rushed upstairs, careful not to wake my parents. Sure enough there was another note on my dresser. I picked it up and squealed. Underneath it was a little black box.

Open the box Sweety.-

I did as told. To my utter shock the box was empty. I went back to the note.

Don’t be dissapointed. Did you think I’d give you a gift without being here inperson? I spun around to find Blake in my room.
