Disappointment (True Story 2)

In an email time-stamped 7:26 the next morning:
“I would like to extend my apology in regards to not being able to submit the recommender form…”

Maybe I was naive to rely on someone else? But what else could I do? It’s not like I could fill this out myself. And the information I was given by this person was misleading

I am so disappointed in this organization right now. I’m even more disappointed that this person has gotten angry with me before, in public, and reprimanded me for “not making time to do scholarships”
I guess I just wasn’t important enough to “make time” for.

Thanks for screwing me out of $20,000 toward college, and the ability to put it towards my Master’s degree. Thanks for making the days with my family and days of sleep that I gave up completely worthless. Thanks for teaching me never to rely on anyone, even authority figures.

I hope you enjoy the cacti and chocolates we gave you. Hopefully they inspire you to do more for other students, because I’m not going to bother you again.
