Sometimes I think poor me.
Sometimes I think poor him.
Being selfish is the last thing I want to be. Sometimes selfish is what I am. It comes with being a young father. I can’t do everything right. I can do my best. It seems like a challenge is waiting around every corner. Victory only brings another opponent, instantly. Some day maybe we’ll be able to laugh about all the battles. Maybe not. It is possible reflection will never happen. The trees may always block the forest. Living in a bubble would be selfish, but so much easier.
