How is this possible? I thought to myself. Seriously, my body is over there on the bed, but I can see myself right here in the mirror. I jumped off the couch and ran over to hug my mom. But when I did, she didn’t feel it. I started to cry when i discovered that she couldn’t feel me or see me. But maybe, just maybe, I thought, maybe she can hear me!
“Mom! I’m alright! I’m right here!” I cried happily as tears flodded my cheeks and stained my eyes a blood red.
Great. She can’t see, hear or feel me. This is Hell if there is one. Being around your loved ones and not being able to touch or laugh with them. It breaks my heart. What am I doing here? Shouldn’t I be in a heaven or something?
“Mom, we should go home,” Andrea sniffeled, “look how tired Sydney is.”
“No, you go. I’m staying with my baby. This is my baby and she is not going to die. Not alone at least.” Mom said as her cheeks poured down her cheeks like Niagara Falls and her eyes were as red as my hair.
I won’t stay.No.
