One Fine Day In Hell 7

Benjamin’s eyes went wide, convinced of my insanity, “Why would you go out of your way to meet The Devil?”
“Redemption, Benny, redemption,” I said, “Trust me when I say: After 200 years in this Hell-hole, you’ll do anything to get out. Even it means not being near Him,”
“You WANT to be near Satan?”
“When in His presence, you, too, will be in Awe of Him. There is none more beautiful, none more powerful, none more worthy of your devotion than Demonias,” I said factly, “He is opposite to the domain over which he rules. If not for his porpensity for torturing all the souls that roam his Kingdom, I would gladly stay by His side. But..” I winced at a memory.
We rode in silence for a spell. I stared at the passing barren landscape.
“But?” Ben pressed.
I sighed, “I’ve burned to my death over 72,000 times; each burning more painful than the last. You say I’m insane. I’m not sure you’d have fared so well in my place,”
“Tell me about redemption,”
I nodded and began The Story.
“It starts with the Masters…”
