“He dunno what ‘e should do she’s seventeen ‘e’s twenty-two is that too much of a difference?”

The pidgeon detectives had the scenario very nearly spot on. Jenna inhaled the scents of her tea as she thought back on the past events. He seemed like a nice fellow, gentlemanly, at first. They met at work, Marc worked next door and he popped in occasionally to talk to one of her colleagues. He’d flash a smile at her and she’d busy herself with another useless task.

There was a certain charm about Marc, but a sense of… unease… felt by Jenna when she in close in contact with him.

She had recently split up from a very short-lived relationship and just wanted a good night out. Just a movie, or maybe bowling. She hadn’t been bowling in a while.

However, that unease was never settled, so Jenna thought better of a night out with Marc. One night however, Marc was simply unavoidable.
