All around the sirens blared as this was the signal for an oncoming attack. Little did anyone know that this attack would be far from attacks past.
“Come on!” screamed Drake to Emma.
“Where do we go!?” Said Emma in a panic.
“Just come on, we need to get out of here!” said Drake.
They ran down 42nd street, people were scattering in all directions not knowing where to go or what to do. Then they saw the bright light in the sky off in the distance. The panic instantly became worse as people saw the approching missile.
“Run, run, run, run!” screamed Drake.
People were screaming everywhere. The approching doom would be here in a few moments. Manhatten is usually corwded, but today it seemed as all of Manhatten was out and mobbing to escape like trapped flies under a glass. Drake looked up and saw the missile was headed right towards them.
“There!” Drake yelled pointing towards an open manhole
“Come On!”
They jumped down into the manhole just as the missile exploded above.
