I hadn’t seen him in ten years, and yet there he was, standing in front of me, not looking a day older than the last time we were together. How was that even possible?

In fact, the only thing that looked different about him was the fact that he had a cane leaning against his chair.

It was only a matter of time until we were at each other’s throats, tossing insults at the other. It was only until tears were streaming down our cheeks that I began to believe that returning wasn’t a good idea…
