As I walked out of the human household that I’ve stayed in all this time while holding hands with Parker, everyone was staring at me. Most of the looks were of hate and betrayel. But there was one, an elderly lady, that looked up at me with a smile. I couldn’t help but smile back.
But the question is, now what? “Where are we going to go?” I asked after we had been walking for awhile, the decrepit building far behind us.
“Uhm…i want to show you something i found while I was searching for you. It’ll surprise you for sure.” I looked at his face to try and see if I could guess from his expression. “Can I have a hint?”
“No.”
I pouted in frustration, but saw that it was getting me nowhere so I stopped.
When we had continued walking a little bit longer Parker groaned, “Do we have to keep walking like this?”
“Is there any other way to travel?” Parker smiled at my question, “Of course.” And he tossed me on his back before I could say anything and began running towards our destination.
