“Did you try pressing two?”
“Yes. Lots of times, but it doesn’t get rid of the message, it still keeps it, so I can get it back any time, and I don’t want to get it back. I just want it deleted.”

“Hi, Bob, it’s Steve over in Customer Service. I got a call from a customer freaking out about our delete system.” A pause. “Yep. System says he pressed two more than ten times before calling us.
