I Know Now

Aren’t I confused enough
From all of the pain you gave, it’s rough.

Delete you out of my mind
And find a way to be kind.

Break the picture-glass mirror to shatter the memories
And now all thats left are the seven seas.

As beautiful as they are
They go near and far.

Unlike the memories we have had.
They are another way to be glad.

But I guess that’s what I get
For letting myself forget.

The way you hurt me last
But I thought that was in the past.

When you give in to your heart
You may soon fall apart.

The way you looked at me made me smile
But then again you are now vile.

Again, the writing isn’t on the wall
And all there’s left to do is fall.

Maybe one day in your arms
I will feel, again, those charms.

Yet, now I know your real ways
And my hard work that never pays.
