Things ain't what they used to be.

“Hello. My name is Mbota Masazawa, and I’m here on behalf of Amnesty International asking you for help, on behalf of a very special young man.

“Adrian here is a child born on the streets of Philadelphia. His family lives in a tent in Bryn Mawr, along with hundreds of other poor refugees with no where else to go.

“Since the collapse of the US economy and the loss of the midwestern farmlands due to rising global temperatures, Adrian’s family has had it hard. He lives without running water, living on a bare handful of rice a day. He has three older brothers, one of whom died in gang violence, and another of whom recently died of chicken pox.

“For just ten euros a day, the cost of a cup of coffee at your local Tim Horton’s, you can give young Adrian a chance. Ten euros a day is enough to provide clean running water, desperately needed food and medicine, and schooling to a poor American boy in need of aid.

“Please give, and give generously. Call now.”
