Those who would try to change the world must first understand it. To understand it, one must listen. To listen, one must be silent.

Seek out a park bench today, and close your eyes. Sit for a moment, and embrace yourself in the silence. Remain there until you feel yourself becoming content and serene, embracing nothingness.

When you are brought out of it by the distractions of the world around you, do not be troubled. Listen to what the world has to say: it is important enough to bring you out of silence.

When the student is ready, the teacher appears.
