The words played over and over in my head, “Im breaking up with you”. It was as sudden as a car crash, as sudden as someones last breath.Thats how it seemed at least. It was a normal day, we chatted and went off to our classes. As the day ended, I didnt see him at our usual spot we met everyday after school. Thats when I knew something was out of the ordinary. I must have tried calling him ten times before he finally answered. His voice a somber whisper said,” we need to talk, meet me at our spot in ten”. I was confused, but before i could say anything, he had hung up the phone. My head was spinning, I didnt know what to expect.Ten minutes never had seemed so long. Finally I saw him. He sat me down, and grasped my hands nervously. After a long pause, he said “Im breaking up with you”. I felt warm tears rush down my cheeks, i couldnt bare this. At that he softly kissed my forehead, and walked away. I counted the steps as he slowly walked away. Still there like a deer in the headlights.
