7: Under the Euclid's Shadow

Emma akwardly knocked on the cabin door.

“Mr. Daughtry?”

The door opened, revealing Sid Daughtry looking tired in his Bathrobe.

“Mrs. Smith right? can i help you?”

Emma stepped inside and told her about Ron and the Red Bell’s situation. Sid could tell she was worried.

Ron’s heart was in his throat as he stood with Gordan and Evan on the stern deck. The piece of retractable railing was removed as the boarding bridge of the massive “ EUCLID ” lined up with the Red Bell’s deck. A man in a blue trench coat lined with silver buttons walked down the bridge in between 2 heavily built gaurds.

“The captain?”

“I am Captian Richard Bell, may I ask your bussiness aboard my JAB ?”

“Right, this JAB is now under the control of Captain Rainsford. If anything moves it will be shot.”

The guards pulled automatic rifles from the backs.

From the roof of the quarters, Richard Peck could see a good 20 armed men heading for the Red Bell. He signaled Bill Pillchard from across the ship.
