Haven’t eaten in hours. Food Channel.

Stomach. Craving. Smells. Tantalizing. Mouth-watering.

Caramelized sea scallops. Cajun blackened salmon. Crab rangoon. Chardonnay. Chevre. Corn salsa. Chocolate.

No. Stop. Making it worse. Changing channel. Sci-fi.

Sandworms of Dune? Walk without rhythm, and you won’t attract the worm. Christopher Walken. Dancing. Hairspray. You can’t stop the beat! Ferry boats. Orca, whale, sea, deep, diving, black, fear, angler fish.

Nasty sharp teeth. Opaque eyes. Horrible, nasty, bony. Dangling light. Finding Nemo. This is worse than the food.

Top Chef night. So much drama. Food. I could be a chef. Quit grad school. Archaeology is awesome, but food gives you more instant gratification. Publishing. Pressure. Drama. Dirt. Digging.

Why does my mind think in alliteration?

I quit.

Nice title. I just wish my mind thought in alliteration…

  • from Batak Beatrix:

Sometimes the self-entertainment value is definitely awesome. Other times it’s sort of irritating. Kind of like Fezzig and Inigo speaking in rhymes in the Princess Bride.

Just get up and go to the fridge! It’s right around the corner!
