The Lady Doth Rap

Another dime going down the drain
This is a Lady who’ll drive you insane
There ain’t a penny that she won’t waste
The Lady doth have expensive taste

Here she comes now
She’s hot, so don’t wallow
The Lady’s waiting
Where she goes you’re gonna follow

Don’t be questionin’ her mannerisms
She won’t respond well to a catechism
Better throw your coats down into puddles y’all
The Lady’s got you in thrall
[“thrall” said in heavy metal/monster truck announcer manner, possibly echoing]

She’s complicated
Unsatiated
Sophisticated
An’ if ya don’t treat her
She’ll leave ya
And you’ll wish you hadn’t… [a “zwip” sound]
bifurcated!

Here she comes now
She’s hot, so don’t wallow
The Lady’s waiting
Where she goes you’re gonna follow

Don’t matter how much you say you’ll give up
For the Lady it ain’t never gonna be enough

Nice rap – that’s what I’m talkin’ ‘bout, Lady! TWITA !

  • from The Lady:

Thanks, I suppose. Well, actual thanks, even if this is one of the dumber things I’ve written… Ah, well, it stretches the creativity.

    ... what is “twita”?

  • from THX 0477:

Hilarious with a credible rhythm, and wow, the use of bifurcate in a rap! Impressive, m’lady.
    LoA

  • from The Lady:

Much thanks! Isn’t bifurcate a great word?

  • from White Hat:

Why is it that I can’t resist text-rap but can’t stand audible rap?

Or is that I only appreciate ironic rap?

  • from One Time, One Chance:

    this is incredible!
    eminem would be proud.
