These scientists were proven correct as when the crew began working on Titan, except for excavation for when cleansed water would be transported, Titan only needed little oxygen added to it’s already stable atmosphere (unlike the other two of the triplets which needed artificial atmospheres and extensive gas diffusion on top pf excavation).
Now, the Foreign Affairs minister of Mars, Alexis Jordan applied as the Prime Minister for Titan. She, being one of the few who wanted anything to do with the rebellious middle-class, got the job without much difficulty. Alexis was pledged to Jesse and the Sang Vengeance. She was one of their most useful secret agents for the purposes of collecting information on governmental plans.
