China Doll (part 2)

On Monday: I struggled to make up and double the effort that I tend to in school.
I arrived home defeated, unnerved and depleted. I talked to my sister to chill.
I withheld from her nothing – no secrets or bluffing. And then Tuesday night she was killed.

I stand through opposition and my inhibitions: break free from this porcelain mold.
If I’ve been forsaken and lost without breaken’, than it means I’m not china doll cold.

I stand by the window remembering free flow, and wish that I could join you there.
Forever alone and foretold was my sorrow, I chose not to listen, but live.
