Story Keeper of Fae

Personality counts to people, or at least it should. What makes you, well, you? Why are you unlike anyone, anything, else?
Answer:
What makes me me?

I don’t believe
I’ve ever met another person
who thinks quite like I do,
and I don’t expect to If I look hard enough,
I can find meaning in everything.
I consider something beautiful
if I find alternate meanings or metaphors for it.
I think of time as a web,
and consider love and gravity to be the same thing.

I grew into my imagination, rather than out of it.

I stick up for whoever needs it.
There was a fly outside
that I tried to keep my friend from killing…
... I am saddened that it served no higher purpose
than my friend’s amusement.

I get the longest deja vus of anyone I know…

...Mostly, I’m just atypical.
I take pride in that.
I’ve given up caring that
most people don’t understand me,
because I know exactly who and what I am,
and
I love being
me.
