Elizabeth I - A Tudor Child

My father never showed much interest in me, for I was a girl and couldn’t carry on the Tudor name. So I was forgotten in the shuffle.

I moved around a lot in my life, but what I remember the most was living with Catherine. She was the closest thing I ever had to a mother, and I appreciated her greatly. My mother, Anne Boleyn, was executed before I could even see her face. That’s because she dissapointed the king, my dad.

Life went on happily at Catherine’s place, until I had to leave. Don’t tell anyone, but it’s because I had an affair with her husband, Thomas Seymour.

After that, my life got more busy. My father passed away, and everyone mourned for him. Then my much younger brother, Edward VI, got on the throne. He died shortly after.

My sister Mary, (may I mention she loathed me), then got on the throne. After a long wait, I finally got on. I ruled the country without a husband until 24th of March 1603, my death.
