that
there are multiple
unofficial essentials to life.
Love is,
in my opinion
not the main one.
For me
it is company
equally important,
no one can live
completely isolated.
The human
is not cut out
for a life
without friends,
even enemies.
It is proven
that a person without human contact
goes mad
within a short period of time.
Out of this need
of company
sprouted the need
to be loved
otherwise
we would just meet,
mate and separate,
there wouldn’t
have been the need to settle down,
to stick to one partner for the rest of our lives.
