Revolution

“Today the president had issued marshal law.â€?

The revolution had started.
The president had control of are voices.

It had all started from the shortage of food water medicine.
Soon none came to the people.

The president had taken it away from us all.
We were his pets we were on his list to be put down.

I was part of the marines in the early 2011.
Fighting for freedom and what I thought was right.

But I didn’t think fighting for a revolution would give me this.
Night and day I stay up and watch as people get killed on the streets for the simple things in life clothes, food. Will it ever end?

I can not stand and watch as the fabric of life is turned against us.
We are nothing but pawns in the life of the president.

Night and day had washed passed my eyes more murders have come my way.
I feel nothing I feel nothing I feel nothing.

Time had passed.
My life stands still.
And we still die for what the president has dreamed up for us.
Revolution!
