July fourth, the celebration and the love

I ran down the stairs and out the door carrying tons of fireworks. I saw the family coming.Jacob’s family.Later we started using the sparklers when Jacob grabbed my hand and made me drop my sparkler on the sandy shore of the beach. I blinked and looked at him in the moonlight, his blue eyes twinkling in the darkness.”Jenna, I’ve been watching you lately, your brown hair traveling behind you, your green eyes glowing with life, I want to tell you this…”Jacob told me.I was about to cry with joy. This has been the moment I’ve always been waiting for. “I love you.” I hugged him and watched the fireworks together
