trying to keep it in iambic pentameter form, even though I find a iambic tetrameter much easier to read.

ok i think this is anapestic tetrameter instead of iambic,now before you fire at me,i say that because you can’t go by syllables because meter has to account for colloquial diction and dialect, for instance in mississippi where i am from the word shit which is one syllable can be a be a complete dactic foot SHHE EIH et where as mutherfucter which is four syllables can be pronounced in one throchaic foot, i see how you are counting it but it just feel like – – + triplet to me. loved it
