Life and Times of Lorraine Dakota- part 32

Melanie and I slept for most of the day. At one point my parents rushed into the room, apologizing millions of times for having to be at work at the time, followed by them cooing over Melanie, complimenting on the eyes and wondering where they came from. I didn’t answer that question.

It was then around 6:00 pm when I heard a nurse say to me, “Someone wants to see you.” I nodded to her to let whoever it was in.

As soon as the person walked in I screamed, “OUT!”
“Please Lorraine, just hear me out.” Andrew stated.
“Never,” I hissed. And yet, he took a seat at the foot of my bed, “Look Lorraine, after these months I realized something,” He reached for my hand, but I whipped it back as fast as all the tubes sticking out of would let me. He pressed on, “I…I want you back Lorraine.” I stared at him. He was such a moron.
“Well I don’t want you.” He looked at me like I was a moron. “And I don’t want to see you ever again. And you’ll never see your daughter ever again.” He was dumbstruck as he stormed out.
