Last Shift, Part 8.

“Hah,â€? she said feebly. The more nervous she became, the more amused he seemed to get.
“Well, lets get down to business, shall we? Open the register.â€?
“Wh-what?â€? she started.
“Open it.â€? he pulled out something black and shiny from his pocket.
“Ohmygod,â€? she whispered, and opened it up for him. He took the money, and walked outside. She stood tensely. That’s it? But suddenly there was a glass crash. He had broken the glass door from the outside, big enough for someone his size to get through. He then raised his gun to her. She froze, wide-eyed with terror. And he shot.
